When we started working with Admat, our Engineering and NPI team felt very satisfied and pleased with their availability and flexibility. We requested work during night shifts, and they agreed, adapting to the plant’s requirements and addressing our questions. They also conducted follow-up meetings to monitor project performance. When we requested test fault coverage projects, they didn’t limit themselves to just running negative tests; instead, they provided recommendations and generated evidence to show how to improve areas of opportunity that we had not detected. For this product, ICT integration included the programming of the UUT using OTP (One-Time Programming) technology. This technology was successfully implemented, achieving efficient programming of each unit without generating high scrap levels. The engineering team properly developed the code required to carry out the programming, and this technology was new to our site.

The LIN tests integrated into the ICT sequence, in order to eliminate these tests from FVT, were successfully implemented. The correct transmission parameters were met, achieving stability and improved testing time.
